Welcome to Cert Scribe. These terms (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our notary-style certification guidance and document services at certscribe.club. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Cert Scribe provides notarial guidance, document certification, information products, and physical goods as described on our website.

2. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information.
• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Schedule appointments as required.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in CAD. Payment is accepted by major card providers and digital transfer. Payment for services is due prior to delivery unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Notary-Style Certification Guidance and Document Services

If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, you may receive a full refund or apply the payment to a future appointment at no extra charge. To request a cancellation or rescheduling, please Contact Us. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory work already completed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4.2 Information Products

All digital materials are delivered immediately after purchase. Due to their digital nature, information products are not eligible for refunds once accessed. If technical issues prevent access, please Contact Us within 7 days for support or a replacement file.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, Contact Us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, typically within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cert Scribe’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
